These images are a confession—from thinking about the simple ideas of an individual bathing in food, to the weight, pressure and overwhelming symbolization that the noodles can reflect—a confession of a frustrated lifestyle and an intimate look at how I view the world around me. Although this group of images remains a self-portrait, it also represents the people I interact with and the people I have yet to meet. I want to create an image that holds to strong aesthetics and composition but allows the subject matter to form the visual debate.
